This picture was brought on from an obviously strong and deep vision, and the smooth lines and detail in the bubbles is a very nice touch that adds to the technique, but shading and environmental building could definitely be a little bit more present. Originality is a three and a half, because I believe that this is fan art of some type, and pictures that have drowning but symbolizing something else have been done many times before, however it's a true original production spurred on from your own thoughts alone, and doesn't seem to be stolen from any other artists, so great job! I love way that the hair flows, and props to you for being able to draw digitally, I find digital drawings very difficult. I'm sure this drawing will have a large impact on many people who understand the meaning behind the portrait.
